When it comes to hours of operation of The Galley it’s a little bit tricky. At Diner and Dash, you have all day breakfast. But other than that each station can close and open at a different time than the others.

One thing you will absolutely love about The Galley is their “Grab and Go” sections. There are two refrigerators that have a bunch of different Grab and Go options. They have salads, sandwiches, cheese trays & sauces. So, if you’re ever hungry you can grab it and go anywhere on the ship or take it back to your room.

Tips & Tricks
Here are some tips and tricks for The Galley which will enhance your overall experience.
Tip #1: Don’t miss the wake view
The Galley actually has a beautiful outdoor seating which is at the back. So, make sure you go there and eat outside.
Tip #2: Go before 11
I would recommend going to The Galley for breakfast before 11:00. If you go late, there are high chances that a couple of the bigger places close.
Of course, you can get that “all-day-breakfast option”, but if you want to try some sandwiches or have some other food preferences you will be too late for them.
Therefore, if you want a lot of breakfast options try and make it at The Galley before 11.
Tip #3: No pre-rolled silverware sets on the table
Unlike other Cruise Lines there are no pre-rolled silverware sets at the table in The Galley. You will get a simple napkin, a fork or a rolled set of silverware at the front where the grab and go container stations are.
Tip #4: Ask for more alcoholic drink options
The Galley Drinks Menu has limited options and here’s a little trick for you. The Korean barbeque, Gunbae is technically located in The Galley. If you ask for drink options that are not listed in The Galley Drinks menu, they may get it from Gunbae’s bar which is fully stocked.
Tip #5: Check & make sure of a “No”
If your server does say that something’s not available due to the time. Make sure that you go and check on your own, as there are chances that they still might make it for you up at the actual area.
Tip #6: Don’t miss popular items at The Galley
As per the popular community site Reddit, some of the favorite food options at The Galley are,
- The Chorizo Tacos option at “Let’s Taco ‘Bout It”
- Chocolate Oat Graham Bar with berries from The Sweet Side
- The Chicken Caesar at The Daily Mix
- Smoked Salmon Toast at Hot Off the Press
- The Duck Ramen (or The Regular Miso Ramen) from Noodle Around
- The Passion Fruit Tart from The Sweet Side
- The Chocolate Mousse thing from Quickeze
- French Toast Burger
Tip #7: Ask about the specials in the dinner menu
In the evening times there are specials like butter chicken. So, make sure you ask to your server about the specials for the dinner menu to have most of it.
